Call For Submissions – GCLS Fundraiser

Release Date: July 5, 2017 at the GCLS Conference in Chicago
Payment: $50 plus 2 copies of the anthology

Proceeds from the sale of this anthology will be donated to the Golden Crown Literary Society’s General Fund.

Contributors should be planning to attend the GCLS conference in Chicago, as we will be promoting the anthology heavily. Copies will be available for authors to sign at the conference. Our goal will be to give readers the opportunity to get every author’s autograph while at the conference, so we have big plans for the contributors and readers alike!

Submission Guidelines

• Previously Unpublished Stories Preferred
• Word Count: 2,000 to 6,000 words
• Formatted in Microsoft Word and emailed as an attachment
• Email submissions to: submissions@bellabooks.com. The subject line should include: “GCLS 2017 Anthology” and your first and last name.
• The body of your email should include:
  • Title of Story
  • Your Name and Pseudonym (if applicable)
  • Contact information including email address, mailing address and phone number.
  • Brief author bio
  • If previously published, the title and publisher where the story first appeared.

Don’t wait! Get your submission in early. We’ll have lots of fun, give authors plenty of books to sign and raise lots of money to benefit the Golden Crown Literary Society!
