M.J. Lowe is a bone fide cardigan-wearing librarian with decades of experience in public libraries. A southern transplant to the Rocky Mountains, she discovered queer and sapphic lit at the university library when she was a baby dyke sneaking over to read the books shelved at HQ 76.3. That was…ahem…many years ago and she hasn’t stopped reading it. She has an M.A.in U.S. History from Western Kentucky University and an M.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois. She’s reviewed sapphic lit for Lambda Literary Review and history titles for professional library journals. She lives in the foothills west of Denver with her beloved canidae, Tessa.
