No Problem! If you buy an eBook from Bella, you own and have access to all formats. Just log in to your account, then MY DOWNLOADS to download any format of any eBook you’ve purchased. Don’t have an account? Send us an email and we’ll email a new file to you.

RETURN POLICY
Paperbacks
We will refund or exchange Paperback books purchased in error if they are returned to us in sellable condition. Scratch and Dent books cannot be returned.
eBooks
We’re happy to exchange or refund purchases made in error. Sometimes readers forget that they’ve already read a book until they start reading it again! Just send an email to info@bellabooks.com within 24 hours of purchase and let us know the situation and if you’d like an exchange or refund. Because digital products are technically not returnable, Bella does not issue refunds on eBooks for any reason other than those stated above.
