Jade Mayflower is back, this time she’s looking for a homophobic ghost at a newly-opened resort for LGBT couples who are having relationship and intimacy issues. Jade has two problems. The first is she isn’t in a troubled relationship, and the second is Jade can’t let anyone find out who she is and what she’s really doing there.
With a week of dodging well-intentioned meddlers and surviving couples’ workshops while stealthily carrying out her investigation, Jade has her hands full. She discovers a decade-old crime that left both the victim and the killer dead, family secrets that nearly derail the case, as well as a protective ghost cat with excellent timing. The pieces slowly come together, but Jade is left guessing about who—or what—is sticking around past their time.
