Travel writer Katherine Lowe falls asleep on a train and awakens on the border of Rebinia, well past her transfer stop. When she reaches for her passport, her luggage and her documents are missing. She seeks help from the authorities, but first she’s told the U.S. has no record of her identity, and then her backpack is found filled with illegal drugs.
Facing a twenty-three-year prison sentence, Katherine fears the worst until beautiful attorney Jocelyn Buza is assigned her case. As they work to prove her innocence, Katherine discovers that the erotic secrets hidden in Jocelyn’s mansion ignite her desire for submission.
But not everything is as it seems, and when the truth of the case is revealed, will their bond survive?

I adored this book not only for the heat factor but also because it is so well written. It is a heartfelt tale with lots of angst, beautiful friendships, love, lust, heartbreak, betrayal, joy, tenderness and contentment. I loved how the words immersed me into the story and made me a part of it, instead of just a passive reader. I loved everything about this drama. It was full of emotions, making me truly concerned for and in love with these characters. My heart got so full of mushy goodness, warm fuzzies and awwws. I have actually read this book twice now and am even more in love with it than I was the first time. It is a story that will stay with me for a VERY long time to come!
